Snow: Love it or hate it?
I'm not into the snow at all! I don't like the cold weather either. I have never been a huge fan of winter, but since having kids, I realize how much I dislike winter. We are cooped up in the house, can't play outside, freezing while lugging the kids into the stores...it's just no fun. Not to mention having to shovel the driveway every time it snows, the roads being dirtly and slushy, and let's not even talk about how terrible driving becomes in the winter! Even my husband who used to absolutely LOVE winter says he could do without it now. He says he would miss snow on Christmas, but that's it.
What about you? Do you love or hate the snow/winter?
Snow
I like the snow when the temps. are tolerable to be out in it to play.
Jessica, when your kids get older and can go out and play in it and help get themselves dressed, it will make a difference. I did hate it when the kids were smaller. I would no more than get three of them dressed and out with dad, the the youngest would be back in, no time for me to dress and go play. Now with the kids ages it is much easier and we can all have fun in it.
Just hate the wind chills and very cold temps.

I really like winter. I dont like the negative temps but like it has been. I like that temp. I love the snow and going outside and playing in it. I dont like the driving in bad conditions but the snow is so much fun. I cant wait to take our son ice skating this winter. I heard we are suppose to get 3-5 inches tonight. My son wants to go play in it so bad. I actually like fall the best, weather a little cooler but still can go outside. My son LOVES to be outside.
Fall
Fall is my favorite too! It's still nice enough to be out and enjoy the weather, but it's not too hot or too cold! I love the changing leaves...the whole "feel" of fall is so much fun to me.

I wish
We could have snow, but it be warmer out! I know my son loves the snow, and daddy takes him out to play in it, but I just can't handle it when it's so cold. Cooler temps don't bother me, I guess it's when the wind is blowing and slow is hitting you in the face! It's pretty to look at, but I would be happy with 1 or 2 weeks of it, then it can warm up again! :) Maybe when the boys are older it will be more fun.

I hate it I hate everything about it I am moving in a year or two and I cannot wait I was born and raised here and Indiana is like a black hole once your in it it's hard to get out.

I have found a new love for winter in the last 4 years of my life. The reason for that is because of my son. I am now actually living winter through him. When it starts to get cold outside he asks if we are going to be getting snow and when will it start to come. Then when the snow comes you should see his eyes. When we got the first snowfall this year. He told me lets go out and play in it. So we got all ready and went out in it. He made me get the sled out and pull him around the neighborhood. Now at this time there was a dusting on the grass only. But the two of us had so much fun. We have been out a couple of times playing in the snow. But let me tell you my husband and I don't like to take him out in the bitter cold. So as you can see my son and I love snow.

I hate the cold and the snow There is not one thing I can think that I like about it. I am hoping one day to move away from this horrible weather I get cold to easy and it wears me down. I need heat all the time.

It is a bit inconvenient at times, but it's so hard to go sledding or skiing in the summer. And making a snowman..... impossible at the beach. The only think that bothers me is so few placed here have a place for you to put your coat. I usually have to sit on my coat in a restaurant. I took my girl scout troop to build a bear and we had to pile our coats on the floor in a corner. How hard is it to put some hooks on the wall?
I'm ready for spring!!
My thing with winter is, I love the first snowfall, I like the snow on Christmas and then its okay for a few more weeks but that is it. I think winter wears its welcome out by staying way too long! I think it would be great if in January it was done! I'm soooo ready for spring! :)
