OHHH No while at the BMV a little bit ago my baby Natylie was throwing a fit as we were walking out holding hands, she started to fall out on the floor I grabbed her hand up to keep her standing and I heard a little crack noise!!! she screamed in pain, I though it was part of her tantrum and took her to the car she stopped crying when she noticed the plane above but when I locked her in she started crying again!! she fell asleep and just woke up, im on hold with med point now hoping I can take her there, I called the old dr office Navarre but they cant see her and told me to call med point! I lost insurance when I was layed off and we decided to wait till my fiances insurance kicked in well it doesnt till next month!!! SHES IN PAIN!! Im on hold Im trying to avoid the ER because we can not afford that but Im ready to do whatever she will not move her arm I dont see bruising or anything but she crys if you touch her arm or move it :( OMGGGG I feel like the worse mother ever and Im still on hold.

Check with your former employer. You should be covered under COBRA.
COBRA allows you to remain with your former insurance for 18 months when you lose your job.

Accidents are covered immediately with insurance bt sickness takes 10 days in which to be covered. I am getting my health insurance license with AFLAC so I know about this. If you need any other help let me know.

Thank You Ladies!! I had already left when you responded, anyhow she had dislocated her elbow!! Its called nursemaid elbow, the doc told us is happens often to children around her age exactly how it happened to us!! Whew I was sick to my tummy!!! We paid $102 and the doc reconnected her elbow and within 3minutes and a lollipop all was back to normal!!!

Nursemaid elbow

My son has it. Since it happened once it has now happened 4 times to the same arm. They taught us how to put it back in after the second time. It's awful, but once it gets back in the pain goes away quickly.

Ask me any time about it. I have become a pro at it.
