Description

This recipe is from the side of the Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix box, but I substitute sour cream for the mayo.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1⁄2 Brick of cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 pk Lipton Vegetable Dip Mix (use 1 envelope)
  • 10 oz Chopped frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 8 oz Chopped water chestnuts

Instructions

Combine all ingredients.  Chill for 2 - 3 hours.

Great with veggies, crackers or bread.  Leftovers yummy on bagels too!
