I have used this guide from BabyCenter.com several times in the past few days, and I also remember referring to it while breastfeeding Luke a few years ago. It's a chart that put medications into 4 categories: safe, safe in moderation, potentially hazerdous, and no no! It has been a great reference for me trying to figure out what I can or cannont safely take while nursing. I know a few moms here are breastfeeding and have been sick, so hopefully it can be of help to someone :)

I didnt see a chart but I will look on babycenter.com for it. I had to call the doctor a couple days ago to find out what I could take for my cold/sore throat!

Really?  If you click on that link and scroll down, it lists tons of medications!

I also use Babycenter.com and babyzone.com and babyfit.com those are my favorite information sites around.
