Description
An easy and family favorite marinade from my sister-in-law who grew up in Hawaii!!!
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken, ribeye, or sirloin steak
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 1⁄4 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 clv garlic, grated
- 1 ginger root, grated
Instructions
Combine merinade ingredients in a large zip-lock or bowl. Add meat. Merinade for several hours of over night in the fridge. Grill and enjoy!
