Description
Ingredients
- 1 lb Round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 cn (14.5 oz.) Diced tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 cn (2 cups) Beef broth
- 2 New or white potatoes, cubed
- 15 Baby carrots, cut in thirds
- 1 cn (15 oz.) Green beans, with liquid
- 1 cn (15 oz.) Corn, with liquid
- 1⁄2 t Dried basil
- 1⁄2 t Dried oregano
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in greased 3.5 - 5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high heat 3 - 4 hours or low heat 6 - 8 hours.
You can also substitute 1.5 pounds browned ground beef for round steak.
