*Cheese Filled Shells

Description
This is a GREAT freezer meal. 40 shells will easily serve 8-10 people. My family of 5 only eats about 10-12 shells. Bake half and freeze the other half for later!
Ingredients
- 12 oz jumbo shells
- 32 oz cottage cheese
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3⁄4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3⁄4 t oregano
- 1⁄2 t salt
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 1 cn spaghetti sauce
Instructions
Cook shells just until limp. Drain. Cool on waxed paper or in pan. Combine cheeses, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill each shell with 2 T cheese mixture. (you can easily do this using a small scoop or icing bag)
If freezing: freeze quantity of shells for one meal in a rigid container. To serve, thaw shells and then cook.
For cooking: spread 1/2 c spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13 dish. Arrange shells and pour remaining sauce over top of shells. Warm at 350 deg. for 30 minutes.
