Black Friday ??
So I'm curious...Who all went out for Black Friday? What kind of deals did you find? What kind of experiences did you have?
I was really bummed out this year. For as long as I can remember I've gone Black Friday shopping. I was extremely excited this year as Black Friday is also my birthday...perfect fit since I love to shop! Well it turned out I had to work all day long so I wasn't able to go shopping. I kind of looked around online but didnt see too many good deals. Guess I'll have to wait for Cyber Monday:)

My sister-in-law and I left at 6:30 am Friday and went up to Michigan City to Lighthouse; it wasn't bad at all! We got some awesome deals. The Tommy Hilfiger store was 40% off everything and we had coupons for an additional 25% off. Old Navy had good prices but the store was a DISASTER!! The Coach handbag store had 50% off and they gave out 10% off coupons too. That store was packed!! I saw an adorable pink and brown one but I would have been in BIG trouble if I bought it! lol
We left around 11am our time and it got pretty busy then. Nothing too crazy though!
I waited . . .
I did shop on Black Friday, but I waited till later in the evening when the crowds were down. I still found most of the things on sale that I had wanted: $15 leapster cartridges, $8 coat at Walmart, some good deals at Khols. I also love that khols gives you $10 khols cash for every $50 you spend.

Yep, I met a friend at Disney Store around 3:15 am, then headed to JCPenney to get our free snowglobes, and made it to Walmart before 4:30. Walmart was busy, as expected, but I did get everything on my shopping list, and then some. I also made a quick stop at Target on my way home, and was back in bed falling asleep by 7:30 am :) My lovely husband even got the kids up, fed them breakfast and let me sleep till almost 11:00!!
I even snagged a few good deals today for Cyber Monday....super cheap memory SD card for $4.99 (some fancy memory for the digital camera...I don't know, my husband said we needed it) and an awesome Kodak digital frame for almost 1/2 off at BestBuy.com for my parents for Christmas.

What time did the mall open???? What did you go so early to the Disney Store to get? I didn't even think about discounts out at the mall . . . I usually hit the big stores like Khols, Target, and Walmart! So, what did you find out at the mall? Was it crazy busy???

Thursday night
I went to Michael's on Thursday night at around 7:30pm (they opened 6-9pm) and went to get my Cricut Create and cartridge : )
No lines but they tlon me they had a huge line at 6pm but shopping experience wonderful and saved a lot : )
