Description
Tastes excellent on crackers. Great for parties!
Ingredients
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese - softened
- 1 t chili powder
- 1⁄2 t ground mustard
- 1⁄2 t garlic powder
- 1⁄4 t ground red pepper
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄3 c beer
Instructions
If you have a food processor just take all of the ingredients and mix them up until smooth. If you are using a hand mixer, you do the same but will have to mix for 7-10 minutes.

I bring this to work for parties and everyone raves about how good it tastes :-)
