I had planned a low-key outdoor play date for my daughter's birthday with a few of her friends aged 2-6. Now it looks like the weather won't cooperate and I have no idea where I could take them or what to do. HELP!!! any ideas out there?

birthdays

When's the big day? Could you just accomodate them at your house? I think keeping it low-key and simple, especially for your 2 year old is a wise decision.

mcdonalds

My sister in law had her little girls 2nd birthday party at Mcdonalds so the kids could play. She went to the on in Nappanee, its really nice.

We have always had the birthday parties at our house. We had a guy come last year that did balloon animals and stuff for the kids and a little magic show. It was only $60 a hour so it wasnt too bad and it kept the kids busy.

Have it at your home and do

Have it at your home and do a mini scavenger hunt. Each guest finds a birthday hat, napkin, candle etc. then they bring each item to the table, the party assembles and you sing and open gifts. over! If you need theme ideas let me know. parties are my thing. Lynn
